On September 15, 2010 OCEA Board Members Phyllis Oudmayer and Debbie Fyvie presented the second quarterly CSS/OCEA Labor Recognition Awards. This quarter’s recipients are:

Winners were nominated by stewards and past winners based on the following criteria:

• Assisting Stewards in communicating the message of leadership and Union participation.
• Willingness to help fellow employees in getting the job done or in resolving workplace issues.
• Leading by example and showing that public employees are an asset to the community.
• Believing in and openly supporting the labor movement.
• Being a go to person.
