The Moulton Niguel Water District was formed in 1960. The District plays a key role in providing water in south Orange County. The MNWD includes Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, and Dana Point. The District’s professional staff is guided by an elected board. The District provides services in two areas: water and wastewater. The employees have the reputation of delivering quality services at a low cost. The Moulton Niguel Water District Employees Association is one of OCEA’s affiliates, which means that this organization has an arrangement with OCEA, through which OCEA supplies representation services to MNWDEA. In this manner, we represent Moulton Niguel Water District employees in a wide range of jobs. Each one of these employees plays a vital role in helping to ensure the well-being of the citizenry of the District.
