OCEA/Public Administrator/Public Guardian Labor Management CommitteeThe OCEA/Public Administrator/Public Guardian Labor Management Committee is an effective tool for addressing workplace issues and improving the work lives of our members in the office of the Public Administrator/Public Guardian. The LMC is made up of representatives of management and OCEA. In general, we address issues that are not normally the subject of collective bargaining. It’s a great way for our members to stay involved year-in and year-out. The OCEA/Public Administrator/Public Guardian Labor Management Committee meets monthly, or as needed. Individual employees may propose issues to be considered by the LMC.
