15 West Fitness
 15 West is a limited liability company that provides bootcamp-like workouts Mondays at 7:00pm, Wednesdays at 7:00pm, and Saturday mornings at 9:00am. There is also personal training made available to all. We specialize in functional training (plyometric and isometric exercises designed to increase flexibility and functional movements), that is to say that we are not your typical weight lifting fitness center. We take an approach to fitness that caters to all age levels and we pride ourselves on our ability to connect with each individual. The group workouts are comprised of 15 stations, each station is 2 minutes long and the workouts change every 3 weeks to keep individuals from plateauing.
