General QuestionsWhat is OCEA's address?Our address is 830 N. Ross Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Our office is located near the corner of Ross Street and Civic Center Drive. You may park in any empty, marked parking space (including "Reserved" spaces) under the building, or in the dirt lot, just north of the building on Ross Street. What is the OCEA Special Events phone number?(714) 835-3355 ext. 214. What are the OCEA Special Events office hours?The Special Event office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., including lunch time. Who can purchase Special Events tickets?OCEA members only. Can I order tickets by mail?To order by mail, please include 1) your name, address, and phone number; 2) a letter stating your ticket order; 3) a check payable to OCEA for the full amount of the ticket order, plus $6.40 for shipping and handling. Mail orders cannot exceed $500. Mail the above to OCEA Special Events, 830 N. Ross Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701. How long does it take OCEA to process orders made by mail, and how soon can I expect to receive the tickets?We normally process mail orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we send the tickets back via certified mail. However, it may take USPS up to 5 business days to deliver it to your address. Please allow sufficient time while ordering by mail! Can I inquire about Special Events information via email?Yes, you can. You can do so at joanna@oceamember.org. Can I pay by credit card?No, not at OCEA. However, you may purchase Aquarium of the Pacific, Castle Park in Riverside, Discovery Science Center, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, SeaWorld, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Universal Studios Hollywood tickets online by credit card, via "MyOCEA." Log in to "MyOCEA," and then go to the Tickets & Discounts section of the website. If I don't have time to come to the OCEA Special Events office, will my OCEA membership card be honored at the ticket booth?No. In order to receive a discount on admission, you must purchase tickets at OCEA. Where can I find out what OCEA offers?You may do so in a few ways: 1) The OCEA website is the best and most accurate source of information. Please log on to www.oceamember.org and click on the Tickets & Discounts tab. 2) You may also find the information in our quarterly magazine, OCEA Employee. 3) You are welcome to pick up flyers and brochures from our Special Events office during regular business hours.
Special Events Tickets QuestionsHow do I buy tickets?There are three ways to purchase tickets: 1) In person: at OCEA's Special Events office at 830 N. Ross Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 2) By mail: To order by mail, please include: i) name and phone number, ii) a letter stating your ticket order, and iii) a check made payable to OCEA for the full amount of the ticket order, plus $6.40 for shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges cover costs of certifying and insuring mailed tickets. Send orders to: OCEA Special Events, 830 North Ross Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701. Checks for over $500 will be cleared prior to mailing tickets. 3) Online: Aquarium of the Pacific, Castle Park in Riverside, Discovery Science Center, Disneyland, SeaWorld, Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Universal Studios Hollywood tickets are available also by credit or ATM/Debit card through the e-ticket program. To do this you first need to register on the OCEA website. Please allow 72 hours for website registration to be processed. After your registration has been confirmed, you will have access to purchase these tickets online. What forms of payment does OCEA accept at the OCEA Special Events office?We accept cash or ATM/Debit card payments only. However, please note that Aquarium of the Pacific, Castle Park in Riverside, Discovery Science Center, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, SeaWorld, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and Universal Studios Hollywood tickets may also be purchased by credit card though the e-ticket programs. Can I return tickets purchased at the OCEA Special Events office?All sales are final, and we do not refund money for unused tickets. Can I get a replacement of tickets if mine were lost or stolen?OCEA is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. How can I find out operating hours for a specific attraction?You may learn operating hours for all attractions by visiting their websites. Websites are listed under "Important Ticket Information" on the OCEA website for all applicable attractions. Where can I obtain information on parking fees for theme parks such as Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, and more?Parking fees are listed under "Important Ticket Information" on the OCEA website for all applicable attractions. Please note that these fees change frequently and without notice. For the most current information on parking fees, please visit the website of the attractions. Upon signing and submitting the application you receive a free gift (the gifts are subject to availability and vary from time to time). How much does it cost to join COSTCO now?The annual fee for the membership is $50. Can I renew my COSTCO membership through OCEA?Yes, you can. You will receive a free gift as well. How can I access OCEA's online e-ticket programs?In order to receive access to e-ticket programs, you have to be an OCEA member, and you have to register on OCEA's website. How do I register on OCEA's website?
Why do I have to register?Online programs offered on OCEA's website are offered exclusively for group sales accounts (such as OCEA). Online agreements require blocking public access to such sites. I forgot my User ID and/or password. How can I reset my password?Email your inquiry to OCEA's Program Coordinator, Joanna Nachurski, at joanna@oceamember.org. I registered on OCEA's website, and still have a problem accessing e-ticket programs. Why?The most common reason why our members cannot access online ticket stores is that they are not logged in. Login is located in the upper, right-hand corner of the homepage. If your problem continues, please contact OCEA's Network Administrator, Mitch Enright, by phone at (714) 835-3355, ext. 244, or by email menright@oceamember.org. Why are the online prices different?Online programs available on OCEA's website are owned, maintained, and operated by the Special Events vendors who may, or may not, require you to cover shipping costs, processing cots and/or all applicable taxes. Also, such prices may include special initiatives and promotions not offered in standard hard-ticket programs. Do you process online transactions over the phone?No. We do not process any transactions over the phone. I don't have a computer at home. How can I take advantage of e-ticket programs available on OCEA's website?You can do so by coming to OCEA's office. There is a computer and printer available for use by members in our lobby. If I process my transaction online, how do I receive my tickets?Depending on which online store you buy your tickets from, your tickets may arrive to your home email address in a separate email (as is the case with Disney's online store), or you may be able to print them immediately after your online transaction. My home printer doesn't work. What are my options to receive my tickets?Most e-ticket programs available on OCEA's website offer alternatives to printing option. One of them is pick-up at Customer Service/Will Call Center at the park (free of charge); another option is by mail (additional charge may be required). I was billed incorrectly for my e-tickets. What do I do now?As soon as you realize that you were billed incorrectly during your online transaction, you must contact the particular online store's customer-care department, explaining the issue. Before you call or email them your inquiry, please make sure you have the following information with you: (1) online transaction's confirmation number (provided at the end of transaction); (2) your credit card information; (3) billing address information. Can I return tickets purchased online?E-tickets programs available on OCEA's website are properties of companies we sell discount tickets for. Ticket return policies may vary depending on the company. Before you finalize your online transaction, please make sure that you are accustomed with their Terms and Conditions, and you know what their ticket return procedures are. OCEA can assist you with your inquiry, but is not responsible for the outcome.
