OCEA/OCERS Labor Management CommitteeThe OCEA/OCERS Labor Management Committee is an effective tool for addressing workplace issues and improving the work lives of our members in the Orange County Employees Retirement System. The LMC is made up of representatives of management and OCEA. In general, we address issues that are not normally the subject of collective bargaining. It’s a great way for our members to stay involved year-in and year-out. The OCEA/OCERS Labor Management Committee meets quarterly, or as needed. Individual employees may propose issues to be considered by the LMC.
