The OCEA/OC Waste and Recycling Labor Management Committee is an effective tool for addressing workplace issues and improving the work lives of our members in OC Waste and Recycling. The LMC is made up of representatives of management and OCEA. In general, we address issues that are not normally the subject of collective bargaining. It’s a great way for our members to stay involved year-in and year-out. The OCEA/ OC Waste and Recycling Labor Management Committee meets monthly, or as needed. Individual employees may propose issues to be considered by the LMC.
