The City of Garden Grove is one of approximately 20 cities or districts with employees represented by OCEA. The Garden Grove Employees League is an OCEA Chapter. OCEA Chapters are organizations for which OCEA is the exclusively-recognized bargaining representative. We represent Garden Grove employees in a wide range of jobs, and our members in our GGEL chapter perform services that are vital to the proper functioning of the City and the well-being of its citizens.
