The City of Fountain Valley is one of approximately 20 cities or districts with employees represented by OCEA. The Fountain Valley Municipal Employees Association is an OCEA Chapter. OCEA Chapters are organizations for which OCEA is the exclusively-recognized bargaining representative. We represent Fountain Valley employees in a wide range of jobs, and our members in our FVMEA chapter perform services that are vital to the proper functioning of the City and the well-being of its citizens.
