The City of Tustin is one of approximately 20 cities or districts with employees represented by OCEA. The Tustin Municipal Employees Association is one of OCEA’s affiliates, which means that this organization has an arrangement with OCEA, through which OCEA supplies representation services to the TMEA. In this manner, we represent Tustin employees in a wide range of jobs, including maintenance workers, engineers, planners, and inspectors, to name a few. All of these employees play a major role in carrying out City operations, and in helping make the City of Tustin a place people love!
