In the City of Newport Beach, OCEA represents employees of two outstanding labor organizations, the Newport Beach Employees League and the Newport Beach Professional and Technical Employees Association. Each of these organizations is an OCEA affiliate, which means that these groups each have an arrangement with OCEA, through which OCEA furnishes representation to them. OCEA represents employees working in a wide range of City operations.
