Public Administrator-Public Guardian

The employees of the Public Administrator provide a wide variety of services in connection with decedents without heirs, will, or named executor. The Public Guardian, by Court appointment, arranges for care of persons unable to care for themselves properly, or who cannot properly manage their own affairs. County employees in the Office of the Public Administrator/Public Guardian carry out these and related duties with professionalism and compassion.
