Cities & Districts

OCEA represents workers employed by a large number of cities and special districts throughout the County of Orange. Many of these employees are members of employee organizations that are OCEA Afflilates. These organizations have contracted with OCEA, and OCEA provides certain representation services to them. Others are members of OCEA Chapters. All of these outstanding workers contribute to making Orange County one of the best places to work or live!
