Professional Nurses Caucus

Several years ago, in late 2001, OCEA was involved in the formation of the HCA/OCEA Nurse Working Group, which in time evolved into the OCEA Professional Nurses Caucus. Among its aims were to address problems that are unique to the County’s nursing classifications.

Our members are committed to maintaining a Professional Nurses Caucus that maximizes cooperation between nurses and those in related classifications, and strengthens the leverage created by the shortage of nurses throughout the County of Orange, the state, and the nation.

The OCEA Professional Nurses Caucus classifications are the following:

The meetings of the OCEA Professional Nurses Caucus are held on the first Tuesday of every month from Noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Assembly Room, at OCEA. Lunch is provided by OCEA. All professional nurses are welcome to attend!
