Run for election to our Board of Directors
A 19-member board comprised of OCEA members employed in the County and Courts governs OCEA. Members normally serve two-year terms.
Become an OCEA Steward
Stay informed, help your fellow OCEA members, make new friends, solve problems and learn new skills.
OCEA Political Action Committee
OCEA PAC supports local and statewide political candidates, office-holders and initiatives that support public employees and their families.
OCEA Health and Welfare Trust
The OCEA Health and Welfare Trust administers health and welfare benefit plans (including dental, disability, vision and life) for employees in OCEA-represented bargaining units as well as upgraded supplementary plans that are available only to OCEA members.

OCEA bargaining teams
OCEA bargaining team members, as a group, provide a rounded perspective and represent all of our members during contract negotiations.
