RE: ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER PUBLIC RECORDS ACT REQUEST FOR NAMES, SALARIES AND OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING CURRENT COUNTY EMPLOYEES

I hereby request that my name be redacted from the County’s response to the Orange County Register’s Public Records Act request for the names and related information of current County employees, and from any future public records requests for such information.

I make this request based on the facts set forth below. I believe that based on these facts my right to privacy is substantial and warrants redaction of my name and/or the public interest served by not disclosing my name clearly outweighs the public interest served by disclosing my name. If my name is published it could jeopardize my safety and that of my family and/or loved ones.

I have attached documentary support for my request to the extent it is available to me. I submit this request for redaction and supporting documentation confidentially and request that the County maintain that confidentiality. Thank you in advance for redacting my name.
